We are seeking an Atmosphere & Comfort Coordinator to join our elite hospitality team in a five-star hotel on the Greek coastline. In this role, your touch will transform guest rooms and spaces into peaceful, polished sanctuaries.
You’re not just preparing rooms – you’re setting the tone for serenity, elegance and effortless luxury.
Your role includes:
Preparing guest rooms and suites with care, precision and elegance
Creating a calming, fresh and welcoming ambiance through every detail
Ensuring all public areas reflect the hotel’s high standards
Working discreetly and efficiently to support seamless guest experiences
Coordinating with reception and service teams to respond to guest needs
What we’re looking for:
Experience in hospitality, luxury housekeeping or similar roles is an advantage
Fluent English – both for teamwork and occasional guest interaction
A sharp eye for aesthetics and order
Discretion, professionalism and a warm, helpful attitude
Ability to work independently and with initiative
