The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Handover CSA Engineer to support project completion and handover activities on a large-scale data center project. This role is responsible for ensuring that all CSA works are completed, inspected, documented, and handed over in line with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the handover and completion process for all CSA scope across the project
Coordinate systemization and turnover of CSA areas and assets
Manage punch list / snagging activities , ensuring timely close-out of defects
Conduct inspections and walkdowns to verify work completion and quality
Ensure all CSA works meet design specifications, quality standards, and client requirements
Compile and review handover documentation , including:
As-built drawings
Inspection records and test reports
Finishes schedules and compliance certificates
Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure handover readiness
Track completion status and support Mechanical Completion (MC) milestones
Interface with client representatives during inspections and handover reviews
Maintain accurate records within digital completion/turnover systems
Support close-out of non-conformances (NCRs) and outstanding works
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in CSA engineering, QA/QC, or construction delivery
Experience in handover, snagging, or project completion activities
Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural works on large-scale projects
Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments is preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills
Experience coordinating across multiple contractors and disciplines
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on hyperscale data center projects
Familiarity with systemization and phased handover approaches
Experience using digital turnover tools
Knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection standards
Exposure to fast-track construction environments
