THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our Automotive Team and play a key role in the System Partner segment globally, with a primary focus on Europe. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through strategic Referral and Reseller Partnerships and ensure Scrive remains the preferred eSign provider in our partners' tech stacks. 📍 The role is ideally based in any of Scrive’s hubs (Stockholm, Amsterdam, Oslo, Berlin, or Copenhagen). You will report to the Head of Automotive who is based in Stockholm. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will:- Proactively acquire and onboard new system partners: Identify and reach out to strategic partners within core focus areas to drive Net New ARR.
- Establish and execute Joint Business Plans: Create comprehensive roadmaps with key partners that include joint sales, marketing, and technical integration goals.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Technical teams: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), coordinating internal resources to support technical implementation and regional sales success.
- Drive market expansion: Identify new business opportunities and engage in lead sharing sessions with partners to develop mutual pipelines.
- Strategic Alignment: Understand the Partner's business models and align Scrive's integration solutions to build a fruitful, long-term partnership.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To succeed in this role, you should have:- Channel Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Technical Orientation: Experience in complex solution selling and a solid understanding of how software integrations (APIs/System Integrations) drive business value.
- Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mentality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset while still being a team player.
- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels.
- Salesforce CRM experience and best practices.
- Fluency in English – Professional verbal and written proficiency in English is a requirement.

- Experience in SaaS and/or fast-paced, high-growth working environments
- Automotive industry knowledge, allowing you to understand the workflows connected to Car Sales, Car Rental, Leasing, Financing and Workshops
- Technical expertise related to eSign or Document Management related tools.
