Clinical Trial Coordinator - FSP - Finland

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to project teams across global clinical trials. The role involves coordinating trial activities, managing documentation systems, and liaising across functional teams in an office-based position in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to task matrices and study protocols
• Perform file reviews and maintain electronic Trial Master Files with timely documentation
• Process documents, manage communications, and support scheduling for client and internal meetings
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and assist with site documentation clarification
• Provide system support for clinical trial platforms and assist with investigator site file distribution to trial sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical operations or related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems
• Fluent English; local language skills as needed
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and country regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately and maintain attention to detail
