Overview:
A leading European data centre contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an engineering led contractor specialising in the turnkey delivery of technically complex data centre projects across Europe.
You will be joining a large scale, multi-phase development incorporating significant CSA packages including groundworks, structural steel, concrete elements, building envelope, façade and internal works.
The project is progressing through multiple stages of construction, providing exposure to both heavy CSA delivery and the later stages of fit-out, quality control and handover.
Engineers are given significant responsibility on their projects and work closely with experienced construction, design and quality teams.
With an extensive pipeline of data centre projects across Europe, successful engineers can build long term careers within the company and progress into senior engineering, construction and project management positions in the future.

Salary will be DOE but you can expect somewhere between the €60,000 - €65,000 as well as your accommodation, return flights and a generous weekly allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect CSA works on site, ensuring construction is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors and site teams, tracking progress against the construction programme and identifying potential issues before they impact delivery.
- Ensure completed works achieve the required standards and that inspections, quality records and supporting documentation are submitted correctly and on time.
- Review technical drawings and specifications with the design and construction teams, assisting with the resolution of technical and buildability issues on site.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a site based engineering role in Ireland or Mainland Europe.
- Strong understanding of CSA construction packages.
- Good working knowledge of QA/QC procedures and the inspection and snagging process.
